Michelle Burgess serves clients directly as an engaged marketing strategist who works with select contracted organizations as their Fractional Chief Marketing Officer (FCMO). This engagement work supports organizations needing in-depth consulting and collaboration with high-level marketing expertise and guidance for a limited time that has the skillset and capacity to propel an organization’s marketing and communications efforts related to specific projects or objectives (typically a 6-, 12- or 18-month contract).

As part of Michelle Burgess’ leadership role in marketing and communications, she operates and manages Notavi Creative, a talented team of project managers, copywriters, graphic designers, web developers, video producers, and social media specialists that bring the marketing and communications work to life.
